"Going electric" 25 years before Bob Dylan supposedly did, Junior shows off his new electric with his playing partner,  she being way behind the times and trying to be heard.  Supertone was sold by Sears around 1937 or so.  He may be playing Hawaiian now, but in a few years, I bet he starts rocking.  Supertone was not Silvertone.  It appears to have been a Sears "house brand" sold in package deals with Hawaiian guitars.  Interestingly, Sears also produced Supertone records in the 1920s.  There isn't too much information about the brand, and a few years later Sears abandoned the name and sold Silvertone.

So can we finally stop blaming Bob Dylan for going electric?  THIS kid did it!
