"If I made records for my own pleasure, I would only record Charley Patton songs." - Bob Dylan

Miriam Linna Finds a Found Chord in Bobby Fuller

Others may have pointed out Dylan's recent direct cop from Bobby Fuller, but mine was pointed out to me from a friend who you all should know.  Miriam Linna, a legend in her own right, and who is writing a book on Bobby Fuller, had the great gumption to post it on her Facebook page, thus astounding even more astute Dylanites…and me.  So here you go.   Dylan himself acknowledged her on Theme Time once, whether he will again is, well...we'll see.

Miriam Linna runs Kicks Books and Kicksville, not to mention Norton Records and once Bad Seed with her sigo Billy Miller.   She has contributed more to rock and roll history, and to my own understanding of it, than most highfalutin' pen smiths working for big media..so if she says the chords are the same, the chords are the same.  When I finally met Miriam in person, after many years of thinking she was the coolest woman ever...it was great to realize once again how good my taste has always been.
